  If only there was a negative star rateing, The most incompetent florist I have ever dealt with! I own a flower shop and trusted them to take an order for a very important client of mine. First of all the person taking the order accused my employee of being pushy and rude. I was listening and she was absolutely neither of those things. Secondly the flowers were never delivered to the funeral home. I had to make more than a dozen phone calls to find out why. I was lied to several times about this problem and in turn I lost a very good customer and had to refund his money. This brings me to the third problem, I was supposed to receive a credit to my debit card of 106.95. Again calling daily to find out why I have never received a credit for the order that they never delivered. Again with lies and the owner never returning my email or phone calls. As it stands today after more than 10 days I have not received my money back!! The bank is filling a dispute. Do NOT trust them with your business unless you like headaches and disapointment.

  Great flowers and wonderful service! My mom absolutely loved their calla lily bouquet. From now on, I'll be going to Sparr's Florist for her birthday flowers.

  First time that I've ordered flowers for someone in another state. The staff was friendly and helpful on the phone. I viewed the arrangements online and decided on the color blast bouquet. Upgraded to the premium bouquet. These were for a special girl! Someone who has a very bright and colorful personality! Starting a new chapter in life. This bouquet matched her exactly. It was delivered as promised. This was her reaction:
