  Cindy really cares about her clients. I called her for advice because my car had been damaged by the auto shop while undergoing repairs for wires that had been chewed by a chipmunk. I just didn't know who could advise me about dealing with the auto repair place, so in desperation I called Cindy.
  
  Cindy listened to my story and said, "Wait, back up a minute. Your car had rodent damage? You are covered for that!" She not only advised me about dealing with the repair service, she also filed a claim for the repair. I received a check from State Farm, and a free engine replacement from the repair shop. Thank you, Cindy and State Farm!
